SirMixAlot Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Led by the by the pitching of Robby Ryan the eagles improve to 4-4 and 1-1 in district play, offense for Scott was aided by a homer by Shaun Bitter a three run shot, and a 3-3 5 r.b.i day by Jordan Adkins. When the eagles weren't driving in runs, the camels walked in or made defensive lapses to help the eagles cause. Campbell is much better than they play, a huge win for the eagles.
Camel Fan Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Agreed. The Camels really weren't themselves tonight. After making a pitching change in the second and then again in the fifth it just wasn't there night. Good game Eagles.
Old Soda Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 I agree as well. The Eagles were the better team tonight. The Camels couldn't pitch it, catch it, hit it or throw it tonight. We will see how they respond Monday against Pendleton Co. Scott hit the ball well when they needed it and played good defense as well and the pitcher did a good job.

Camels give up 4 unearned runs in the first, then it went downhill from there.

BaseballIsLife Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Gave up 2 runs on 5 hits. Great performance by Mr. Ryan!
HHSDawgs1424 Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Huge win for the Eagles. I was shocked by the score of this game. Good to hear Bitter had a good game.
DMZ76 Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Is the Sainola boy from Ft. Thomas playing this year for CCH? JV ?? If so, how's he doing? I was disappointed that he didn't play basketball...he has some real ability in both BB and BB !
