Sounded like Ashland got a lot of "Snowbird" baskets in the 2nd half. I think Ashland was up 27 to 18 at half

I think Ashland will take this region again.

I do not think Ashland will win the region. They do not have alot of depth and other teams in the region can match their inside strength. They had a big advantage inside against Lewis Co.. Bonner and McDavid had their way with Lewis Co. The game broke open in the 3rd quarter. Some were questioning why Coach Biggs left his starters in for so long in the 4th quarter with the game in hand. Bad Karma.

Good opening round win for the Tomcats :thumb: , no suprise with this or the margin really. I have picked Ashland to win the 16th and will be pulling for Elliott as well as the Tomcats.

As stated several times before, Coach Biggs will leave his starters in as long as the opposing team has theirs in. When the other team concedes he removes his starters, otherwise its first team against first team.
