I didn't realize that Brossart and Clark Co had not played this year. The draw has already been talked about and how important it is. Don't know who the Mustangs would rather face in the regional semi-finals. The Royals or Clark Co.

 

I know a lot of games have to be played first, no reason to get ahead of ourselves yet. But nothing wrong with looking ahead. : )

Despite all the adversity North Laurel's had to overcome, they now look like a team that can win the 49th. The OT loss to Knox Central in the season finale seems to have served as a motivator.

Assuming Mason and Clark advance to the regional, the only way for Brossart NOT to face one of them in the semis is for Mason and Clark to be in the same half of the bracket and Brossart on the oppsite side. In fact, if Scott was fortunate enough to pull the upset, there's a chance that Brossart, Mason and Clark could ALL be on the same side of the bracket, and that BB would play Mason or Clark in the FIRST round.

 

Not saying that's going to happen; just a statistical possibility.

 

However, if I catch your drift; you're saying that Brossart would rather not play either until the finals; and I don't blame them.

Answering a question as to who BB would rather face in the semis!! I'd assume either Clark or Mason would just as soon have the other two on the opposite side of the bracket as well. If Scott pulls the upset, assuming BB were fortunate enough to get past the Grove (and Scott gets past Campbell); I'd guess they'll find one of the big two awaiting them in the first round?? Statistical probabilities!!

Christian County in the 2nd Region, they have been pretty much consistent all year, and they run people at you in waves.
