Who gets it?? Does Coach Jon Jones repeat???

Yes I believe he does...

What about the coach for Owen they were not suppose to be this good. The award will most likely come down to who wins there next match up.

It should be down to two. Jones and Duvall. Looking at the schedules they played, regardless of outcome of the district match up I would have to go with Jones to repeat. Both teams have played beyond expectations, with Gallatin playing a much better schedule.

If it is between those two, Jones would be my pick.

Knowing the history of the award and how it is usually voted on Duvall may be a shoo-in. One factor againt Jones is it is hard to repeat this award. I would also give some props to Simon Kenton's Steiner. 20 victories against a tough schedule and Hester out most of the season.

People do sometimes forget about Steiner and SK since they are new but this is a really good team he put together this year.

Trent Steiner would get my vote because he lost a starter from last year's team in Seth Blevins, loses Mike Hester to injury for what 6-8 weeks, and now Hurd is playing with a bad shoulder. Plus, not to mention a 20 win season and they will be the district winner, and one of the favorites to win the 8th.

He get's my vote!

Have Jones /Duval beaten the other 'contenders? How far have their teams improved? Whose team has improved the most? Schedule toughness should play a role.....Now put all this information together..figure oout..whose the most deserving.

Owen improved the most, but Gallatin has the tougher schedule.
