I wasn't able to go, but I want anybody who went to describe what they got out of it and such. Was it worth the money?

Glazier puts on a lot better clinic, there were quite a few coaches from Louisville up in Cincy for that one.

I must agree with Time2punt, Glazier puts on a great clinic with the ability to take your staff and listen to several speakers at one time. It is truely geared towards coaches learning and getting a lot of info at one time. Nike is good and has channge their format to fit closer to Glazier but still the rooms were no where filled like the ones at Glazier. I have been to both and beleive that Nike is a great place for coaches to get together and have a good time and listen coaching greats like Bobby Bowden and Frank Beamer, but most of us with staffs like to learna nd get better and think that Glazier gives you a better chance to do that.

I went last year and I agree with you both. I felt that I wasn't missing much. I have yet gone to the Glazier clinic. That may be something I do next year.

They do a great job at the Glazier Clinic in Cincinnati.

Giantkiller hit it dead on. Nike is a great place to get together with coaches around the state. There is always some big name college guys there but as far as learning Glazier clinics are MUCH better!

Gotta go to Glazier if you want to learn a lot about different topics. Went to the one in Chicago and Cincy. May try to catch another one as well.

The Glazier clinic is loaded every year with coaches from the Big Ten, SEC, MAC (especially good speakers), as well as successful high school coaches from across the region. At any one time your staff has a variety of topics to sit in on from offense, defense, special teams, motivational, organizational, strength,etc. The sessions are broken down into 3 segment each. If a particular speaker is getting in to an area you do not wish to hear and another speaker is getting into something of interest, you can switch rooms during the breaks. All the sessions were filled regularly and the manufacturuers on exhibit there are always in force.

In my honest opinion, the Glazier Mega Clinic is a MUCH better clinic for learning and getting better than the Nike "COY" clinic in Louisville. Want to get the most out of the Nike clinic?, Look at the Manual they send in the mail after you go (and pay) for the clinic!

The Glazier clinic on-line is where it's at. You can watch anything you want to watch when you want to watch it from the comfort of you own home or coaches office. The videos are on a rotating schedule. Every facet of the game is covered multiple times by multiple videos.
