⚔️ Mercer County vs. Atherton 🐦‍⬛

🗞️ | Titans Try To Solve The Riddle Of Ravens Defense

⚔️ | There's a new sheriff in town. Travis Burns comes to Harrodsburg from Pulaski County following a run to Lexington and the state finals. The Titans have already matched last year's win total after knocking off Campbellsville last week.

🐦‍⬛ | This season has been a carbon copy of last year through two weeks. Atherton has blanked two overmatched opponents in Central Hardin and Southern. Mercer County was one of only six teams to score on the Ravens last year.

✏️📖 | Last year's 28-7 Atherton win was the first ever meeting between the two.

This one will be ugly. Atherton in every phase of the game.

I'm confident that Burns will eventually get the ship on a good path at Mercer but not this year and not in this game. Atherton will run away with it.

Bump.

It will take Coach Burns some time but Harrodsburg/Mercer County has players and tradition. New facilities coming soon. Good days on the horizon.
