Final. Great Crossing will play the winner of Madison Central and Frederick Douglass for the 11th region championship. 

Brady Orem led Great Crossing with 19 points including seven of eight free throws, eight rebounds, three blocked shots, and three steals.  Travanti Cooper added 12 points including three three point baskets, and three rebounds.  Graham Swartz recorded 10 points including six of seven free throws, five rebounds, and three assists.  Aslam Ismail chipped in with five points, three rebounds, and three steals.

Max Meagher  led Lexington Catholic with 16 points, five rebounds, and two assists.  Everett Stuart added nine points, seven rebounds, and three steals.  Jacob Holland recorded eight points including two three point baskets, two assist, and two steals.  

Max Meager fouled out with 1:54 remaining on the clock with Lexington Catholic trailing 42-40 and Great Crossing outscored Lexington Catholic 8-2 to finish the game.

LexCath has not had much success in the 11th Region tournament the last decade. 

GC simply played a better game.
