The prosecutor hasn't made a decision yet.

It may have something to do with the amount that they had on them at the time. I know if you carry enough marijuana it can be a felony too.

 

 

Over 8 ounces, or 1/2 pound. That's a lot. Mushrooms are pyscodelic(sp?). That is much more intense and dangerous than marijuana. Both are natural substances though and aren't altered into a drug, they grow as a drug.

By the way, when was the last time you heard about psychedelic mushrooms? I thought it was San Francisco-1967 when I read that on the screen tonight!

 

 

There are still hippies aren't there?????? It's a plant so it's always going to be around. Now if they got popped with qualudes(sp) that would be strange.
