Bradshaw has really stepped up his game on the defensive end.

I would take Bradshaw over any big we’ve ever, especially in recent years. The other bigs weren’t effective on offense beyond slam dunks and layups off the glass. Bradshaw is much more versitile. Great touch! Can shoot from anywhere. He even shoots 3s well. Great rebounder, great shot-blocker. Very iintimidating on defense. Go Donovan!

I will agree.

Good win for the Colonels. Always nice to beat the Ohio boys.

All of this, and I'd add passing and off ball movement to Bradshaw's repertoire. Seven blocks last night by my count.

The game has evolved so much in the last 50+ years, and this team is built different, but CCH Hall of Famers like Noll, Voskuhl, and Von Lehman didn't have Bradshaw's skill set.

Bonus - He's got such a drive to improve. It's been a treat watching him develop from that gangly, loping frosh to the player he's become. Keep grinding big guy!

? The Bombers haven't posted stats yet, so unofficial scoring:

Veith* 17, Gruber* 8, Ryan* 6, McGeady* 5, Kinney 3, Sorce* 2, McDonald 2, Shaefer 1

* Starting lineup.

@colonel-fan, to answer your question, McGeady (leading scorer) was held scoreless in the first half. Finally tallied 1 FG and 1 FT in the final minutes of Q3.

● St. X, prior to last night, had been holding opponents to 39.2 points per game. The single game high allowed was their 64-56 OT win vs. Brebeuf Jesuit Prep, IN.

● Shot of the game: Charlie Gruber's 3/4 court Hail Mary at the buzzer to give X their last lead to end Q1.
