Cannot speak to any precedent, but it is a clear message the NFL wants zero player/fan incidents.  Seem to remember the NBA clamped down pretty hard years ago with a player/fan brawl.

    No way to predict this game. We are 16 games into the season and I still don't know how good or how bad these teams are. Whoever wins, I will be shocked if they win a playoff game.
