Welcome to JC. You may beat us, but you're not gonna enjoy it.

Dominating win against a really good team. Great job JC!

I was at this one. JC had the best defense I’ve seen at a game ever nothing worked for Ashland. JC pass defense was incredible nobody was open all game. Complete domination from JC.

Ashland's stat report shows them with 11 net yards for the game. ?

Johnson Central executed nicely on both sides of the ball. I believe this is the first time, all season, the backfield of Perry, Music, and Morrow have played together. Morrow came back a couple of weeks ago (Injury) but Perry was hurt in that two week stretch Morrow played and just came back. Morrow, I always thought was highly underrated. Ran for 100 yards against Ashland two years ago when as a sophomore and hearly had 100 in this game.

Johnson Central PA announcer George Salyers led the crowd with a statement followed by a moment of silence to honor the life and legacy of legendary Ashland announcer Dicky Martin before the game. George delivered a heartfelt and thoughtfully crafted statement, so impactful that it was mentioned to me by multiple Ashland fans who appreciated it. The kind gesture toward an announcing legend and even better man by Johnson Central meant a lot.

Johnson Central vs. CovCath is going to be "must watch" Football.

It's not often that you get two teams in the 2nd Round playing that you legitimately could see win the State Title. This is the best JC team since Matney. They are very good at the LOS and have three really good backs. Their defense is starting to click as well.

I know I wouldn't want to face them. In the words of Roy D. Mercer, "you better pack a lunch" when playing JC this year. They are going to battle you, hit you, and try to make you uncomfortable all game.

Corbin game I think they had all three just for that game.

After reviewing statistics that is correct, all three played in that game and had over ten carries each.

I just posted about their defense looking forward to the Covington Catholic game. Holding Ashland to 11 yards all game long is a wild statistic for JC.
