Monster: The Ed Gein Story

Featured Replies

Don’t know if anyone has watched or begun watching. Charlie Hunnam played a masterful role of Ed Gein and the way the show was done was interesting with his story and the tie-ins with movies made based off of him. As a fair warning, I will say that it’s got its macabre moments to say in the least, but I felt like they did a good job with this.  This is the best watch I’ve seen in quite a while based on real killers.

I saw the preview for this and was beyond creeped out with the situation between him and his mom. Then I read about him, I'm passing on this one.

I didn't even need to know that much to pass on this one.

Watched first episode, well made but you can tell this thing is going to be straight up creepy.

Watched the entire episode and never realized who was playing Ed Gein, a friend told me after I had watched it and I was blown away. Hunnam does a great job and that voice (based on recordings of the killer) is spot on.
