Starting to see this rumor being spread a lot online.  Trey to the Cowboys for a second round pick in '26.  Guessing if it's got any legs, they'll wait a couple weeks to see how things go with Browning under center.  If it's clear it won't work without Burrow, why not unload Trey?  He's on the wrong side of 30 and any long term deals will end up as diminishing returns.

I would unload him, assuming we start losing. 

The article makes it seem more like a hypothetical than something that is actually being discussed. That aside, if I am the Bengals front office, I think I make that trade.

It's all hypothetical.  I've just seen it a lot of places, and different enough in the reporting that it's not like someone just picked up an AP story and reprinted it.
