The Polar Bears are coming off a bye and are without Greg Benedict and Daulton Tarter.  Bishop Brossart is coming off a blowout win over St. Henry.

Eager to see how this game unfolds! I really do not know who to take in this matchup but I think it will be a close game!

This is really gonna be a great matchup. I can’t wait to get updates from this one. Bishop Brossart is a team I’ve had my eye on since Preseason. I still feel for them losing that heart breaker to Sayre.

The loss of Tarter is going to be too big for the Polar Bears to overcome.  BB 17-10.

How long is he out for? I heard the other kid was out for the rest of the season.

That would be a real shame.  Maybe Brooksville can clue us in?  Heard from another thread that their QB1 is out for at least 6 weeks, but I have no inside info.

It was posted in the Bracken vs Holy Cross thread that Benedict was out for the season with some serious injuries. ????

Key loss in 1A can often times be very hard for “next man up”.

Yes definitely. I could be wrong but pretty sure Benedict was playing defense too.

Maybe Tarter will be able to go.

Yes he was…..in 2 games he had 15 tackles and 3 interceptions.  Major loss on both sides.

Ryland Tucker did a good job in relief as QB in the HC game.

Tarter is out 3-4 more weeks with a hamstring injury.  He is going to let that heal instead of risking re-injury.

Benedict is out for the season with a broken ankle.  He had surgery last week.

Hate it.  Smart.  Thanks for the update.
