The Panthers have the mind set and skill set to keep this train rolling. Hard to believe from all their years of futility but it seems like Miami, and Tampa are two places guys WANT to play.

From someone on the outside looking in, the last few years Tampa has become the Florida Little Brother.  But I think they’ll be back.
