Sounds like there aren't many fans of the new head coach and wing T offense he is installing at Mad South. Hearing rumblings that quite a few players are not coming back out for football after their spring practices ended last week. Such a shame...from the outside looking in it seemed as though Mad South was making progress especially with the weakest district in the state.

I'm sure they are just absolute gurus on it (or any other scheme for that matter).

See this more times than not.

Not enough "flash" for the kids to post on social media, and not enough stats for the parents to brag about with their work buddies.

Seriously though, not every team can go spread, and not every team can line up and run the wing-t. Whichever helps the team WIN should be priority..but anyway.

Being told Pemberton has already resigned.

Everything I've heard since his hiring has sounded, well.....not good. I'm not sure how much it has to do with the environment Coach Pemberton stepped into, the coaching staff he has cobbled together, or the style of program he was trying to install, but it sounds like there was a pretty significant exodus of talent from the team in the last 2 months.

I checked Twitter and Pemberton's account as head coach at Madison Southern @mshseagles1 appears to have been deleted. That would sure seem to allude to what you've been told @DearToday.

Need to keep it in house with Tim Kirk, stop the bleeding of kids quitting and leaving, and make the most of this year.

Absolutely correct. From my understanding he has been running day to day operations since the hire.

The administration pushed their own agenda from day one and it has back fired on them!
