Boyle County vs. Knott County Central Predictions/Updates

Knott County Central and Boyle County make the trip to Irvine on Friday to participate in the Railroad Classic all weekend. 

First ever meeting according to KHSAA Scoreboard.

KCC comes in 3-4 and have won 2 straight.

Boyle County comes in 3-2 and dropped they're last game to Highlands.

Will Driver and Brown have to sit out due to their roles in the dust up against Highlands?

From my understanding I think they will.  I know that Drivers will but thinking that both will.  Driver needs to get his head in the game and learn to control his temper.  Boyle needs him to be in the game and not on the bench.

I heard Boyle had 4 kids ejected.

The announcer said that at first but revised it to say that it was Driver and Brown.  There were 3 Boyle players who left the bench but Brown was the one who was ejected.  Maybe because he was pushing the Highlands player into the wall but he had a teammate right there with him.

From the KHSAA website:  

Following the day of ejection, there shall be a minimum two additional games/ meets/contests suspension for any participant ejected from a contest.  

That would put them out for Knott County Central and Estill County.

It was 4 kids from Boyle. Confirmed. Driver, Brown, Akers and Richards.

I was going by what the PA announcer said.  That was confusing because there were definitely three who left the bench in the video.  Thanks for clarifying that.

From what I have heard today is, Driver, Brown, Akers and Goodin will have to sit out 2 games.  Richards was in the lineup at the time and will not have to sit out.
