After crashing in practice, Ross Chastain drove through the field in a backup car for the Charlotte victory.

Buescher had a penalty reduced which slightly changed the standings.

Catching up here, two of the usual suspects won the first two races in June, Blaney at Nashville and Hamlin at Michigan.  Road Course Superstar Shane Van Gisbergen won the Viva Mexico 250 at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez to punch his ticket into the playoffs.  Shane is the top guy on road courses and I am sure many of the long time cup drivers are trying to learn from him.

No, it is to differentiate who is currently in the playoffs if the regular season ended today (the top 16) and the four drivers just outside the top 16.

He does, he has been on the struggle bus for a couple of years now.  Also, he has softened up and is living his best dad life.
