10th region teams

Featured Replies

Put any of those six teams in the districts that Harrison and Mason have and they would have a cakewalk just like Mason and Harrison every year.

Lex and Lou schools could say the same about Harrison being in the 10th.

I agree, but even you have to admit that Harrison and Mason are locks every year to make it to region due to weak districts, granted more years than not, Harrison is a top team in the 10th and would most likely make it out of any district, but it helps to be in their weak districts, they don't even really have to look at their districts as a challenge, like the 37th and 40th.

St Pat is starting the season with eight returning starters with two seniors who have been playing for six years and another two for five. They have a solid group who when they want to could play with any team in the 10th region. They can be good in the feild and at the plate. They played the last half of last season without two starters Chris Owens and Craig Chamberlain because of injury. With these two healthy the Saints should be strong looking to take districts and head to region.

did Augusta play Calv. Christian yesterday in a scrimmage?? If so how did it go?

No... Dont know if we will scrimmage at all. First game is April 9th against Heritage @ Augusta

Any new thoughts on the tenth region?

I would put the region like this as of today, noting there is still a lot of ball to be played, but from the results of some games i know of.

1) Campbell

2) GRC

3) Bourbon

4) Brossart

5) Harrison

That as of todays date, and some scores not all of them, but as far as i Know this is what the 10th should look like, today.

Montgomery any good this year? I know that they have a new coach they seem to be really excited about over there. They are also getting support from the school administration to do some much needed renovations on that field to get ready to host the region tournament.

Camels are looking really good to date including the JV and freshman I think they only have one loss.

GRC and Bourbon play at GRC Thursday so that should be a good game. Also somebody asked about Montgomery and I think they are winless as of today but not quite sure on that.
