Meade County travels to Mount Washington to finish the regular season against an opponent in Bullitt East that game Male all it could handle last week. 

Meade County ran into a Manual team that was "the most physical team we have played all season", said Coach Mofield. The Green Wave were never really in this contest and ended up losing 42-14. 

This is a very interesting matchup. Bullitt East is led by QB Cole Cornell who has thrown for 1285 yards thru 9 games to leading receiver Caden Bostock (409 yards). On the ground, the Chargers are led by RB Alec Britt. 

Meade County must have a big game from QB Cade Scott who has thrown for over 1700 yards on the season and rushed for another 281 yards. 

In the end I think that Bullitt East will earn a hard -fought victory that comes down to the final series of the game.

Meade County makes to trip down to Mt. Washington this Friday to take on the Chargers.  

Meade sits at 5-4 on the season coming into the game on a two-game losing streak.  The last two games however have been to pretty good opponents being St. X and Manual.  Meade is led by Cade Scott at QB with 1600 yards throwing for the season.  

East comes into the game from a loss this past Friday to district rival Male.  The Chargers led Male at the half but couldn't hold on in the second half to pull the upset.  BE also sits at 5-4 on the season.  

The only common opponent for these teams is PRP.

I think BE wins but they certainly can't turn the ball over the way they have a different times this season.  Both of these teams are playing for a winning season.
