Class 1A has some good matchups this week.

I really like Class 1A this year. The top 9 all seem like very solid clubs (I can't speak for Newport yet), and while I still think Pikeville is the heavy favorite and maybe only Campbellsville who can challenge, this does set up to be a fun postseason for rounds 3-4 in the class.

The first two games (4-A schools) have been a real challenge to a 1-A school, no doubt. But the Panthers are going to have to challenge themselves to find their identity offensively if they expect to be back at Kroger Field in early December. Jmo

Sayre with a very impressive win over Ludlow. I definitely got that game wrong, as Sayre looked great tonight.
