So I think it is safe to say that some teams definitely stumbled out of the gate offensively in their first game. Specifically, I am thinking about Highlands, Scott County, CovCath and Raceland. Are there any others you think stumbled more than expected on offense last week? Who is poised to get things clicking on that side of the ball this week?

I'll go with Bowling Green. Not many teams are going to keep them out of the endzone like Frederick Douglass did.

Pikeville. Corbin did a great job neutralizing the Panthers offense. They’re going to have to put up more than 7 points if they hope to defeat Johnson Central on Saturday.

Southwestern. I think this is the first time I have seen Southwestern score 0 points to start the season. Credit North Hardin though. They must have dialed in the defense before the season started.

Lloyd Memorial?

They've got Boone County this week after putting up 14 against NewCath. Boone blew out Holmes last week, but I'm not sure if that says more about Boone or Holmes. Boone did the same last season before the Juggs hung 47 on them.
