gchs_uk9 Posted August 20, 2024 Posted August 20, 2024 Excited about this one. Lots of questions in Class 3A this year. I think CAL is the favorite, but after that there are several teams listed that either lost quite a bit, return quite a bit of untested skill, or that we just don't know enough about. Should be a fun season in this class.
ATLCat Posted August 20, 2024 Posted August 20, 2024 Should be a solid year for 3A. Lawrence County, East Carter, Rockcastle County, and Adair County all have a legitimate case for being a Top 10 team, goes to show there should be some good parity in this class with everyone presumably chasing CAL's tracks.
Unrivaled97 Posted August 20, 2024 Posted August 20, 2024 If they're going to take down CAL in 3A, this is the year to do it. If the rest of the field allows CAL to make it 3 state titles in a row, you might as well make it 5 in a row b/c the next two years after this year, they will be LOADED. 1

I think the group from about 7-15 in this class is a toss up. All should be very solid and some may take yet another step up. CAL is still my favorite to win it all, but there could be several teams with a chance if the cookie crumbles the right way.
