January 26, 200719 yr I thought it would be a good idea to have one thread for all the coming announcements from potential candidates making declination announcements. Evan Bahye announced in late 2006 that he would not run. Just yesterday, (to the DNC's great relief) John Kerry announced that he would not run for president in 2008. Any others that were expected to throw their hats in the ring but have kept them firmly on their noggin?
