Simon Kenton vs Lexington Catholic (Scrimmage)

The Pioneers travel to Lexington this Friday for a scrimmage with LexCath.  Pioneers will be replacing several Seniors including UK Freshman Aba Selm and Thomas More Freshman Jacob Putthoff. I know Lexcath will be going with a new qb and return several receivers. Should be a good match up for both teams. Hopefully the weather cools down. This scrimmage will be broadcast on Prepsin at 7pm.

Simon got right down to the goal line again.  I don't know if they scored or not but they would have in a game.  It looks to me like Simon would overpower LexCath in a real game and it would get prett

I'm going to guess that Lexington Catholic prevailed in this one?  Any word on how the teams looked?

5 sets of 10 and 10 according the announcer and then second half game situation.  That seems like a lot, like way, way a lot.

SK didn't do much with their ten plays, LexCath up now.

And like usual, they crank the tunes at Lexington Catholic.

    TD #11 LexCath.

Definite speed/quickness advantage for LexCath so far.

So they just flipped it around and LexCath is starting on the 30 going the other direction.  Big play down to the Simon 25.

SK ran 10 plays and made it about 40 yards and punted. LexCath scored on there third play. Both teams get 10 plays. After halftime they will play regularly.  QBs are getting tackled also.

LexCath down to the one.  I don't know how many plays they have left of their ten.

Loss back to the 5 on an option.  Silly play down there.
