Timeout Iowa after Clark's 3rd turnover of the game. UConn is leading 25-16 with 6:47 left in the 2nd quarter.

Clark has struggled shooting.  But every time she tries to pass it to a teammate it results in a turnover.  Ugly first half for Iowa.

UConn 32-26 at the half. Iowa did outscore UConn 10-4 the last 4+ minutes of the half. UConn does have 3 starters with 2 fouls. The fouls the first half was 7 for UConn to just 3 for Iowa.

UConn leads 41-37 at the under 5 media timeout. The fouls are starting to mount up on the Lady Huskies as it is now 11-4 and both Arnold and Brady for UConn have 3 fouls. Plus Iowa is already in the bonus just 5 minutes into the quarter.

They are looking for a F1 in looking at the replay it should have been a and 1.

This is the first woman’s college basketball game I have seen this year.  I am generally not a fan of woman’s bball but wanted to see what the hype was about.  Iowa is getting a lot of the calls it seems.  I am assuming Clark in the finals is the storyline that is wanted by media and the NCAA?  The free throw discrepancy is crazy.

Tied at 51 after 3 quarters. The Iowa zone in the 3rd quarter gave UConn some trouble.

I know people tend to notice this a lot with Iowa but they are undersized and will attack off the dribble which I think helps with that. Iowa did catch some phantom foul calls against them in first half.

Bueckers with a chance to cut it to one with a 3 but it was an airball. Iowa with the ball.
