No one expected Seneca to be here, but 7th region player of the year QuelRon House (28 ppg) has been on a mission. I look forward to watching it to see if Seneca can do the unthinkable and win the 7th region and go to Rupp arena. As much as I would love to see it and I love a good Cinderella story I just cannot see it happening. Give me the Rocks 69 Seneca 60.

A little over two hours until tipoff! As someone who was an assistant coach for Seneca for three years from 2008 to 2010, I really would love to see the Redhawks pull this off! It is going to be a very tough task, but you just never know.

About 30 minutes until tipoff here at Valley.

After Seneca upsetting St. X, I'm sure the Shamrocks will be on their A game plus they play defense unlike St. X. It strikes midnight for Cinderella and the Shamrocks move onto the Sweet Sixteen.

Seneca is getting great looks and playing very hard just not converting. Trinity leads 5 to 2 three minutes to go in first.

Very good crowd here which is great to see!

End of first quarter Trinity 13 Seneca 5. Trinity closes quarter on 4 point possession as Keriawn Berry scores and gets fouled but Drae Vasser gets rebound and puts it in at buzzer. Trinity defense was excellent in first quarter and caused several Seneca turnovers.
