🏆 Pikeville, a Region finalist the last seven seasons, captures its fifth title in that span.

Pikeville (KY #5, 27-5, R15 13-0) will meet the 1st Region champs (McCracken Co./Graves Co.) in Round 1 of the Sweet 16. 

Johnson Central is a team to keep an eye on next season - lots of young talent coming through the pipeline. The Lady Eagles finish with a #35 state ranking and a 29-3 (R15 13-2) record.

Pikeville's schedule was historically strong by 15th Region standards, and their results against said schedule made this region as predictable as any in the state. The Lady Panthers have won their postseason games by an average margin of 30 points.

This is incorrect, Pikeville plays region 5 winner Bethlehem in Sweet 16
