Final from Summit. The Kittens (25-6) run the season series against the Lady Lions (22-10) to 3-0 by an average margin of 26 points per game. The biggest development of the night was the return of Kenleigh Woods, who came off the bench but played a starring role.

Boyd’s loss of their PG Taylor Bartrum midway through the season to injury was a big blow to the Lady Lions. They were never the same as they were earlier. I saw them at the PRTC Classic in McKee in early December and they were really clicking on all cylinders. And at the time were rated in the top 20.

You lose your all-area PG, it's pretty much over. I think Ashland lost 3 or 4 games when Woods was out.

Pete has done the best he can, and Biggs and Jordan are really nice, but as everyone else mentioned, you lose your engine and everything else is just too hard.  Such a shame.

I was wrong , it was actually 5, not 2. CAL, Anderson Co., Cooper, Montgomery Co., Russell. Just shows , again, how crucial a PG is.

Actually, we are both wrong in going back and looking at the game stat on the KHSAA Scoreboard it is 4 CAL, Anderson, Mont. Co., and Russell. She played vs. Cooper in the loss and scored 19 points and she played the next day in their 2 point win over Ryle where she scored 21.
