Well, that was a good first half.

Just do that exact thing in the second half, and we're golden.  Seems reasonable...

Some REALLY good defense that half, really good, but we basically gave them 6 points by not doing simple, fundamental things, could EASILY be up 16 at half!!

The Cats led 39-29 at the half. I love the Cats intensity for the first half. The defense showed a lot more effort but still have several breakdowns and Auburn just missed wide open shots (9-32-28%) and (3-12-25%) from 3. I really liked the way that Onyenso and Thiero battled down inside and I liked the way Dillingham played hard and attacked the basket. We need more of that with Wagner. The first 4 minutes to start the 2nd half, Pearl will fire them up at the half if we can withstand that I like our chances.

They came out of the gate ready to play.  That's what stood out the most to me.

Who knows what the second half looks like.

Cats led 47-36 at the under 16 media timeout. We need to continue to make sure we play the Tigers even or just a point behind for the next four intervals and we will get out of here with a win. I like how when the crowd starts getting into it Sheppard gets us in the offense.
