Both teams had a chance to scout each other during last weekend's John Turner Classic at Newport. St. X enters the game with a 2-1 record; their loss coming at the hands of Cooper 56-74 at the JTC. Host Cov Cath sports a 4-1 mark; their last game, a 73-63 win over Newport at the JTC. Great Crossing, considered by many the #1 team in Kentucky, defeated Cov Cath last week 66-51.

?️ The latest Massey Ohio Ratings place the Bombers at #41. The Colonels are currently #6 in Kentucky. 

St. Xavier holds a 6-3 advantage in wins during the Riherds Scoreboard era (1997/98 - present), and the Bombers have won the last three contests.

I would expect a game in the sixties, should be fun.

Should be a good game. It will be interesting to how CCH plays against St. X’s size.

7:30 Varsity start is optimistic at this point.

They're calling a decent number of fouls in the JV game, and still only calling maybe 40% of them. If this is any indication of things, the varsity game is gonna be PHYSICAL.

Colonels currently leading 34-25 with 4:39 left in the JV game.
