Kentucky 118 Marshall 82

Kentucky wasnt exactly putting on a defensive clinic but they didn't need to because of the offensive clinic they put on.  Wagner has had a couple of good games in a row.  He lead Kentucky with 28 points on 10-14 shooting, 5 assists and only 1 turnover.

I'm glad we have aesthetically pleasing bball so far. Great ball movement.

Defense is frustrating at times but it's stuff that can be fixed.  Our guards are pretty sound defensively, they just get lost every now and then.  I really think the big guys will allow for everyone to play a little more aggressive on the defensive side of things.

The truth is, if the opposing team gets down hill: A) Tre Mitchell isn't a rim protector and B) Tre Mitchell is Kentucky's only legit big guy right now, if he gets into foul trouble it would really hurt Kentucky on both ends of the court.  At the end of the day, the 3 bigs will allow UK to be more aggressive and likely not give up as many baskets at the rim, plus they alleviate the worry about fouls a lot.

Marshall is the worst defensive team I’ve seen in college basketball history. No excuse for this either, just no attempt to guard anyone and evidently the head coach doesn’t care either, unbelievable.
