Estill County and Russell are the two teams in it this year, as far as I know of thus far.

Here's last year's tournament info:

Estill County
Holy Cross (Covington)
Knox Central
Lafayette
Magoffin County
Montgomery County
Russell
Wolfe County

Much better lineup of teams than last year.

Knox Central no longer participating. Not sure what’s going on or who’s taking their place.

Newport Central Catholic takes place of Knox Central.

3pm - Covington Holy Cross vs. Wolfe County
445 pm - Magoffin County vs. Montgomery County
6:30pm Newport Central Catholic vs. Russell
8:15 - Lafayette at Estill County

2nd team listed is home team. All first round games are on 12/28.

That's a decent lineup of teams.

Would have been some decent teams in the past, but I believe most of them will be on the weak side this year.  I'll take Montgomery County to win it.

My pick as well.

In case anyone wants to watch it, all games are streamed on NFHS Network under Estill County High School

The Final two games of the 2023 railroad Classic at Estill County will be moved to Estill middle.

NCC/CHC - 3rd place
