After posting their first win of the season against winless Iroquois, 50-0, John Hardin will be challenged by a Harrison County offense that is led by QB Kaydon Custard, who can target 4 reliable receivers in Tanner Tumey, Jashon Lewis, Taylor Conway, and Jaxson Zink.

Custard is also a threat to run the ball and has put up big numbers on the ground this season.

John Hardin is led by QB Jabari Wilson and RBs Emari Simon and Laysen Anderson.

John Hardin must be able to establish a run game vs Harrison County to have a chance in this one.

In the end I think that Harrison County has too much firepower on offense.

My prediction: Harrison County 34 John Hardin 21

I hope John pulls off the win, they are a tough team who I think will get better as the year goes.

Give me John Hardin 35-21.

This one will be tough. For John:QB - Richardson who is a sophomore and has started all 3 games. Have variety of backs on offense but struggles up front. Defense is key against one of the best QB in the state. Give me John 28-14

Custard is amazing to watch on film. No one has slowed him down. I have only faced two QB's in my 34 years as a high school coach that can come close to doing the things he does. He is bigger than both of those guys. Someone will pick up a tremendous athlete in this kid if he decides to play college ball. I also hear he is a great young man. We are getting better but are still EXTREMELY young. Entire backfield of sophomores. Two Freshman starting on defense with all but a couple underclassman. Two senior starters on O and D. Hopefully we can slow Harrison's scoring machine down. No one has yet.

Bump.

14-8 John Hardin end of the first qtr.

23-16 John Hardin 3rd qtr.

John Hardin 58

Harrison County 31

Final.
