Losses last night by Moeller and Lakota West have bumped Hoban up pregame to the #2 slot in CalPreps' Ohio ratings.

It looks like Douglass is considered the Knights third toughest regular season opponent this year.

Hoban's starred recruits are noted.

Screencaps are from calpreps.com

Thanks RO.  This should be a case where Douglass is not able to overwhelm their opponent with talent which is ideal for FD to prepare to win 6A this year.

Hoban in all white with gold helmets.

Douglas in while helmets, orange jerseys, and not sure on pants yet.

On the scoreboard it is FRD for Douglass and HOB for Hoban.

The AD from Hoban is impressive in the pregame interview.

Hoban won a state basketball championship last year.  This sounds like an athletic school just like Douglass.

Unfortunately the broadcast is already presenting as Hoban centric.

White pants for FD, they look dead on the Hurricanes.

Hoban has 10 of 11 starters back on defense and they were state runner up last year.

FD to receive.

Toledo Central Catholic beat Hoban in the finals last year.

FD had a penalty on the return, FD to start on their own 15.

Back up QB for FD.

Two runs for FD so far and gang tackling by Hoban.

FD to punt.

Hoban to start on the FD 47.

So far not looking good for Douglass.
