It reports the Grand Jury indicted Stoner on 20 counts of abuse.  6 counts of 3rd degree rape; 6 counts of 3rd degree sodomy and 8 counts of sexual abuse.

Goes on to say Stoner kissed and touched the 17 year old inappropriately in his classroom this past May and then between the end of May and the middle of July took her to his home multiple times where they had sex.

Just a terrible look all the way around.  Lot of consequences here for many people/groups.

If that is all true they are going to lock him up for a pretty long time.

Donnie Stoner (former head football coach at DuPont Manual High School) was initially indicted by Grand Jury in August 2023 on 20 counts of abuse, and in July 2025 the Commonwealth Attorney announced that Stoner was now facing updated charges including (31) abuse counts, (3) counts related to unlawful transactions with a minor, and (1) count of tampering with physical evidence.

Donnie's twin brother Ronnie Stoner (former offensive coordinator for the football team at Fern Creek High School where he was also employed as the school's safety administrator) currently faces (20) abuse counts, plus (4) counts related to unlawful transactions with a minor. One current victim alleges that, starting when she was 15 years old and playing as a girl on the Evangel football team, she engaged in sexual encounters with the Stoner brothers that continued over several instances throughout the course of a few years, and she alleges that at least one of those encounters included Zachary Kilgore. A second victim alleges that, while she was 17 years old and attending DuPont Manual, Donnie Stoner touched and kissed her while in his classroom in May 2023 and then Donnie later picked her up in with his vehicle, drove her to his house, and sexually assaulted her. A third victim alleges that, beginning in 2016 when she was 13-years-old, Ronnie Stoner began molesting her, and continued molesting her until at least 2017. A fourth victim, Ronnie Stoner's daughter, alleges that beginning in 2015 when she was 11-years-old, her father began touching her inappropriately, and alleges that the inappropriate touching eventually advanced to her father forcing her to have sex with him. She claims that the abuse continued until 2021 when she ran away.

The complete list of indictments against Donnie Stoner: (12) counts of third-degree sodomy, (9) counts of third-degree rape, (8) counts of sexual abuse, (2) counts of first-degree rape, (2) counts of unlawful transaction with a minor, (1) count of conspiracy to commit unlawful transaction with a minor and (1) count of tampering with physical evidence.

The complete list of counts against Ronnie Stoner: (6) counts of third-degree rape, (4) counts of sexual abuse, (3) counts of second-degree sodomy, (3) counts of third-degree sodomy, (3) counts of unlawful transaction with a minor, (2) counts of first-degree rape, (1) count of second-degree rape, (1) count of incest, and (1) count of conspiracy to commit unlawful transaction with a minor.

Zachary Kilgore faces (2) counts of first-degree rape.

Wow! If convicted, these dudes are going away for life, aren't they?

For sure but with those kind of charges life may be short on the inside. It will certainly be rough.
