I don't think we know anything about what the rules really are for transfers in Kentucky..

This one seems pretty straight forward to me compared to others. I do agree, the transfer rules are flakey, but under this situation I think the decision was pretty sound.

Based on info shared on BGP, it sounded like they weren't living with a legal guardian.

Maybe they fixed that and that is how they are eligible.

I think the flakiness is mostly due to the lack of information provided to the public regarding what the decision is based on. And for the most part, it really isn't the public's business as to why someone transfers, especially since some of those decisions are based on private, personal reasons. These aren't pro athletes....they are kids. And because everything we hear is second hand, or just conjecture, many are left with the idea that the rules aren't being consistently applied.
