? Final at Independence via "The Riherds Scoreboard."

Eager for details on this game.

Last regular season game for each.

Indians are now 24-6 (KY #8, TDD NKY #2).

Lady Pioneers stand at 15-14.

District schedules are TBD?

The 35th schedule is
Feb 21 6:00 Holy Cross vs Holmes

             8:00 NDA vs Beechwood

Feb 23 finals at 7:00

all games at NDA

The Indians were losing by a point or so at the beginning of the second quarter then went on an 11-0 run before the half.  They were missing Nejai Lewis which hurt underneath not having the double threat.  The Pioneers hit their free throws at the end to stay in it but the Indians were able to hold on despite not shooting well for the night.  The Indians end the regular season 24-6

The Pioneers play hard. No size inside to stop Hunt. I believe Holy Cross shot over 50% from the field and 40% from 3. They are a tough team with several ways to score the ball. With Hunt as a safety net inside, they can play free on offense and defense. SK made a run in the 4th to cut it to 3. Holy Coss was able to hold on.

Good luck to both teams in their tournaments next week.

I'm not sure how many point blank shots Hunt had but it was too many.
