If you haven't had a chance to get back to Boyd County, they have a nice new stadium with turf there now. Raceland also added turf as well this past season.

Lawrence County will be getting turf as well.

I’m old and moved away from EKC country many moons ago. But didn’t they use to do this at MSU? Did the EKC end that? Or did MSU break it off? You would think you would want to sell your campus for a few hours in the late summer.

Fair enough.

County me as one who hasn't ever seen "grid-o-rama" attached to anything that wasn't a part of the ECK Grid-O-Rama.

I think you are talking about what used to be the NEKC (North-Eastern Kentucky Conference).  That's what we played in years ago and it went away.
