Male's Dexter Heyman...out for the season...

Featured Replies

with a broken foot suffered in practice on Monday...

This will put a damper on the Bulldogs' state championship hopes.

I hate to hear this...good player. Will he have to have surgery?

Devastating loss. Male will still be a good team though.

Shouldn't have to.

Wonder if Coach Redman will be upset about one of his star football players playing another sport and getting hurt?

Where do you think his college position will be? I believe he will be wearing a helmet. Great kid, very well liked by others, teases me about Bama, FCA guy. I'll try to get an update. Can't believe I'm doing this... but thanks RP for bring him up.

Besides wearing a helmet, what other college possibilities would Dexter Heyman have? Basketball at a Division I level is a flat impossibility although he is very effective at the high school level.

What other sports does he play?

Hahaha ;)

I think that Dexter is a major D-1 stud (football wise) in the making...I would look for either, inside LB, or DE....maybe even Tight End.

I think Dexter's athletic future lies with football. His older brothers, Earl and Eric, are/were superb college football players, at UL and Centre, respectivley. I think Eric (the smallest and oldest of the three) was a D-III All American at defensive back.
