Manual 23 Butler 14

Shocking score to me knowing Butler isn't very good but Crimsons get the win.

By the look of some of these scores 6A playoffs could be exciting for the first time in a while.

I worked the pass gate at this game.  The game was brutal.  It was senior night for Manual, and they had 23 seniors.  And they did the ceremony before the game.  Which was about 35-40 minutes.  When the game started Butler's QB was SLINGIN it all over the field and Butler receivers made 2 spectacular catches.  It was 20-7 Manual at halftime, but it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to play the first half.  When it was just less than 3 minutes to go in the 3rd Quarter it was past 9:45.  They had a ceremony for the band and the cheerleader and the dance team.

No problem, but just completely de-energized the game for Manual and I left with 3 to go in the 3rd.

Butler clearly isn't very good but they've played both Central and Manual really close.

Yeah, I saw both Butler and Manual against St. X and with what I saw this score doesn't make sense but Manual is not a great offensive team and Butler's strength is on defense plus throw in the senior festivities that Purple88 was saying, I guess had impact on Manual.
