A lethargic performance all in all for the Raiders in the second half but after the lead they built they let off the gas and left quite a bit out there. Whether that was penalties moving them behind the sticks, not being able to execute up front, or whatever the reason… they will need to be cleaned up for next week. 
 

They’ll win comfortably against Franklin-Simpson IMO. They’ll especially be up for Franklin, which dealt them a crushing blow last year. This East team is built differently.

Ehhhhh. It’s been ten years, so I’m just going to take it a day at a time before I’m ready to make that proclamation. It’s a rather large monkey they need off their back and I understand the pressure that comes with that. 
 

That being said, it’s probably the biggest game the program has had since 2012.

Trust me, I've seen them both up close and I just simply don't see how Franklin gets it done.  Their passing game is just not there and dealing with that size up front for East.... I don't know how they move the ball well enough.
