Apparently an investigation was started in February of this year.

This isn't NIL related. A few players had jobs at the hospital as patient transporters and filed time sheets for time they didn't work. UK self reported to the NCAA and sat the players to start the season. NCAA gave the clear to play to one player after one game and are expected to clear the second to play after missing four games.
