Phone problem - Help needed BGP, please.

I have purchased a new phone. When I open a forum, a totally different look appears with a small blurb on the topic. The quote prompt at the bottom of a post has disappeared. If I go to the bottom at reply to I get a paper clip followed by Loading. I am on old phone (android as is new). My wife's phone seems ok, and I haven't used laptop in years. If anyone has any help it would be appreciated. I am doing this at Guru's suggestion as what he told me to do doesn't work. Thanks for any help.

@9068 if you want to post some screenshots of your choosing in this thread to show everyone what you are seeing that will help too.

Cool.

Anyone that has any ideas we are all ears.

I had a similar issue several months back. For some reason my phone wasn't automatically logging me on when I came to BGP. After logging in a few times and letting my phone auto-save my login and password again, the issues cleaned up.

I'm not sure if that will help you but that's my similar experience.

You able to try multiple browsers to see if one solves it?  I use Chrome and keep a tab open, but have Google and Safari as other browser options as well.

Went to Verizon. They couldn't figure it out. Said possibly a problem with Google, so they installed Firefox as a browser. When I access through that browser seems ok like it always has been. Thanks to all for your help. Apparently what John Anthony suggested is what they did.
