Rose Hill's Emily Queen entered tonight's championship game at the Boyd County Colonels Classic against Minford County needing 2 points to reach 2500 career varsity points. She scored 32 points and collected 19 rebounds in the Lady Royals 67 - 56 victory and was named the tournament MVP.

Congratulations to Emily on reaching this career milestone. There are not too many girls that reach 2,000 points or even 1,000 points, and to reach 2.500 is something truly special. Queen is a fantastic basketball player and from what I understand an even finer young lady.
