I’m referring to Joe Humphreys from DC. But I can totally agree with you on the Ryan Timmons one. I played against him his senior year and man was he special. I remember looking up and he was long gone. ?

You must be one tough mom @MOMWOW! ?

Wandale won it after losing in the 1st round of the playoffs....just saying.  Humphreys took Daviess from nothing to winning the district and getting to round 3 of the playoffs.  Anyone watching him knows he is a superior talent.

Kaelin wasn't a big time recruit but lead state in passing, up there in rushing, and was a stand out safety, also punted. Another thing that happens is offensive guys win these awards.... Defensive talent and contributions often overlooked. But that is football period.

Yes he did, but very rare.. also was a down year talent wise, or at least high profile wise.. If he played at a school where there were other good players... he may not have made it...

Haha. It’s actually my grandmas saying, she got sick so I use it to remember her.
