I agree.

Any student that consistently disrupts a school learning environment should be sent to alternative school until they prove they can follow all the rules. 

I am not sure how much extra funding would be needed because I think the alternative school should be more about behavior modification vs. learning meaning counselors, security, and other support staff would be in place of teachers.

Surprised it's not more. One teacher wrote that the job was affecting her mental health. JCPS teachers have to put up with a lot.
