1. Male at #4 Manual

2. St. Xavier at 5A Bowling Green

3. Trinity -- OPEN

4. Manual vs. #1 Male

5. Ryle at 5A #5 Covington Catholic

6. Bryan Station vs. Paul Dunbar

7. Ballard at North Hardin

8. Daviess County vs. 4A Warren East

9. Madison Central at 5A #6 Southwestern

10. Dixie Heights vs. 4A Scott

Not a bad list.    Unfortunately, 6A continues to be the usual....3 or 4 teams and a big chasm, I'm afraid.

My question is, outside of 6A where do teams ranked 5-10 end up against other classes? The top 4 teams are always in a tier of their own, but what would these other teams hypothetically do if they were in 4A or 5A?

Will find out Friday since #5 and #9 play ranked teams from 5A.

Depends on the year I'd say.
