Sorry for the lateness on this post. In recent weeks, the rash of injuries that Central Hardin has sustained has resulted in 5 starters missing from the offensive and defensive sides of the ball as well as an ACL tear to the Central Hardin kicker that has reduced field position advantages for Central Hardin. Extra point attempts are all 2 pt conversions at this point in the season. With all that being said, this game comes down to how well Central Hardin can pick up the constant blitz packages that North Hardin brings for four quarters. Can the Central Hardin offense take advantage of the blitz from North Hardin and run some short crossing routes or screen passes? If not, North Hardin will stack the box, dare Central Hardin to run the ball and force Central Hardin to pass the ball. If this scenario plays out, I can see North Hardin pulling away in this one. If not, and Central Hardin can prevent the deep passes and screen plays by North Hardin, this could be a close game.

If CH wins this game and Barren beats Meade I said if I think that would create a 3 way tie for the top seed in the district. Is the tiebreaker the RPI or is there something else that decides playoff seeds.

They'll play fourth-seeded Barren County, oddly the only team in the district who beat them during the season.
