North Bullitt at South Oldham Predictions

Big district matchup between South Oldham (2-0 in district) and North Bullitt (1-0 district).    These two have pretty much decided the #1 regular season seed each year in this game.   North wrenched the district away from South Oldham, who had been dominant in the district for several years.

That puts the emotional edge firmly on the side of the Dragons, who are committed to bringing the district title back to Crestwood.    Both teams come into the game on a winning note; the Eagles got their first win last week in a 35-0 thrashing of lowly Seneca, while South won their second straight game and their third in the last four games.

South has scored at least 27 points in four straight games and has shutout two of their last four opponents.

I would think South Oldham should win by 2 or 3 scores.

I have to regrettably say that Pegasus will not be able to broadcast this game.

South Oldham has not yet replaced their press box - we were under the understanding the new box was to be up this week - so power is not readily available for PSN and we would have to work in the stands.    Those are surmountable obstacles - but the chance of rain, sitting at 30%, is the bridge too far.   

Once it starts to rain, it takes too much time to protect the equipment, which simply does not handle water well.

We will, instead, pick up the South vs. Seneca game next week - which we originally were not going to do - and we will be doing some things to protect the equipment next week in case of bad weather.
